SET UP FEE:
There is an additional $150 one time plate set-up fee over the standard monogrammming charges.
There is a set up fee for EACH individual logo/artwork that you wish to use, EVEN if the artwork is slightly different on each chip, such as a logo with denominations on the same side of the chip.
DENOMINATIONS / DOLLAR VALUES:
If you wish to customize your poker chips with denominations of your choice, there is NO SET-UP FEE. We do have most denominations to choose from.

CUSTOMIZING COST WHEN IMPRINITING IS DIFFERENT ON BOTH SIDES:
When customizing is different on both sides of the chip there is additional mongramming fee over the standard monogramming charges for each chip. Please click on each chip for the fee details.

ARTWORK:
PokerChest does not create any artwork. Exactly what you provide us with will be used for the chip.
You would need to provide us with black & white camera ready artwork. When creating your artwork please note that it will be sized to fit the 1" diameter center of the chip.
• Art should be in either .ai, .tif, .eps or .jpg format. All other formats are unacceptable, especially, .doc, .pub, .xls and .eml.
• Art must be at least 600 dpi (dots per inch) in resolution and 1 inch in diameter. Since resolution and size are directly related, a 72 dpi image which is 8.3 inches in diameter is also fine. Art that is vector-based is also acceptable. This is terminology only a graphic designer would know, so discuss this with your graphic designer.
• If you have no means in fulfilling these requirements, that means we will have to re-create the art. You can expect a 7 day delay if artwork is not acceptable upon initial submission. If we have to re-create the art, you will need to approve the re-creation before we submit to the die maker. There will be additional charges for the time it takes to re-create the artwork.
PROCESSING TIME:
Processing time for custom chips is approximately 5 weeks.
