Custom Casino Ceramic Poker Chips

These custom poker chips are made of a high density ceramic polymer. These poker chips are for those that want casino quality chips in their game. The customization of these chips is limitless. The entire face and edge of the poker chip can be customized with edge to edge artwork.

The image is actually part of the custom poker chip. It is not a sticker or label that can be removed from the chip.

The poker chip is made from a single composition polymer. There is no metal insert to add weight. The poker chips weigh 10g (casino weight). They are the same size and weight as chips found in casinos throughout the world. Similar chips can be found in several casinos, including the Luxor, Palms, Gold Strike, and others.

Custom Artwork:

No Set Up Fee is required for your artwork.

It is best that you provide us with a finished and complete, camera ready artwork design.

Once your artwork is submitted for approval, we will let you know if any changes are required for the best quality printing.

If you are unable to do any artwork yourself or need a complete chip designed, our highly talented & experienced graphic art team is available. The fee is $50 per hr.

Ceramics are made under extreme pressure and heat- which is why it's crucial we have sharp and hi resolution images to work from.

For best printing, we request Adobe Photoshop (PSD) or Illustrator (AI or EPS) files at least 300 dpi or higher using VECTOR or OUTLINE fonts and not raster artwork such as JPG.

It is not preferred, but we can try to work with a high resolution JPG (500 dpi or higher).

We do resize all artwork so you don't have to worry about the diameter of the chip faces. They are 39mm in diameter, but as long as they are circular we will just size the artwork to the size it needs to print.

Fonts need to be clean, crisp and at least 8 pts. but preferably 10 pt or larger in height.

Please remember that your artwork will be resized to fit into the 39 mm diameter of the poker chip. Anything less then 8 pt may not be legible.

Avoid similar font colors and background colors for the text to show up best.

White fonts print best and if against a colored background. Using a light black stroke often makes the text stand out

Two Images on Front & Back of Poker Chips:

Two different images printed on the front and back of each poker chip are an additional .02 cents per chip.

Artwork on the Edges

When we do the job, we like to get it done right. Your poker chips are not finished without an edge stripe design. There is no additional cost to have this done. These stripes will show up when you stack the poker chips a pile. When submitting your artwork, do not forget to submit your design for the edge stripes. (See samples of stripes shown).

Please note that if you have a stripe design on the face of your chips, the edge stripes will not be aligned these stripes.

To align stripes on the face of the poker chips with the edge stripes, is a complicated process. It is available for an additional charge.

Text on the edge of your poker chips instead of stripes is available as well.

Text on the Edge: + .020 per chip

Aligned Edges: + .55 per chip

The edge artwork should be in dimensions of 125.5 X 3.3. The actual measurement is 125.5mm X 3.3mm, but again, we will resize the artwork so if it is 125.5in X 3.3in the dimensions will be just fine and we will size the artwork to the correct size.

Some people have difficulty with setting up text on the edge, or even just simple edge artwork designs. Since we have helped with hundreds of designs we will gladly help with edge artwork.
