First, customer service had to contact me about my order - they contacted my within an hour of my placing my order - to make sure they had the order correct. Second, I had to call customer service to ask a question about my order, and every time I spoke with someone, they were very nice and courteous. I would definately order from them again!!

Pokerchest did a great job for me, shipping an item that I needed before I left on vacation *extremely* quickly. It got there the day before I thought it would. Also they had a better selection of backgammon checkers (in terms of different sizes) than the backgammon stores I looked at. I would reccomend them to others and would use them again.
